All children must be accompanied by at least one adult (age 18 or over) and supervised at all times.

It does depend on the day, but generally, the LEGO® Discovery Center is quietest after 2 pm.

Like any popular attraction, we have to limit the number of guests at any one time. The best way of ensuring your child’s place is by booking tickets in advance! Please be advised that all ticket sales are non-refundable.  The average visit takes approximately 3 hours, but once inside you can stay as long as you like!

We encourage families to interact together and explore their imagination and creativity through a world of open play, and therefore visits are not guided. The typical visit takes 2-3 hours, but you are welcome to stay for as long as you wish.

We do not allow outside food or beverage unless caring for babies or food allergies in children.

Tickets

To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we have limited the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. All guests are required to make an online reservation for an entry time.

Advanced Purchase - Best Value and Guaranteed Entry

  • Upon your arrival to the Center, you will enter the "I Have Tickets" line at the start of your reservation.
  • Please note during peak periods such as holidays, Spring break and Summer there may be a small wait upon entering the reservation line.

Once inside, stay as long as you like.

When booking your ticket, you will be asked to select a date and time for your arrival. This helps us make your experience more enjoyable by reducing queue times, speeding up your entry into the attraction and reducing crowding. Once inside the attraction, you may stay as long as you like!

We strive to keep all our experiences and rides open during your visit, but this is subject to change without notice as they may be unavailable for unscheduled reasons.

Reserved tickets are any tickets purchased on our website or at the Center.

Unreserved tickets are tickets purchased or received from our third party partners.  Guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation are required to use this line as well. Unreserved tickets enter the Center as soon as possible when there are open reservations.

To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. There are 15 minute windows between reservation times to control capacity in the attraction.  This creates a better experience for all our guests!

During peak times, you may experience a short wait in the "I Have Tickets" line as guests enter the Center.  Pre-purchasing tickets in advance and having them available to scan on your mobile device will greatly improve wait times.

Guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation will enter the "I Have Tickets" line, but may experience a longer than usual wait time.

No. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, we can change the ticket date to another date that is within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Any ticket(s) purchased from a 3rd party, must be handled through the 3rd party.
