Walk-Up Purchase

If you purchase tickets at the door, you will be required to reserve the next available time slot. You will enter the 'I Have Tickets' line at the start of your reserved entry time. The only way to guarantee your entry is to reserve your tickets online.

Once inside, stay as long as you like or until close.

You may enter the "I Have Tickets Line" 15 minutes before your reserved ticket time.

Re-entry is not permitted. Once inside, you're free to stay as long as you like but will not be permitted to exit and re-enter without purchasing another admission ticket.

Guests that are a half hour late or more for their reservation will enter the "I Have Tickets" line, but may experience a longer than usual wait time.

All adults must be accompanied by a child (aged 17 and under) to visit the attraction (with the exception of Adult Fans of LEGO Nights).

Anyone entering the attraction needs a ticket.

No, annual pass holders do not need to make a reservation. Arrive on your date and time and admissions will scan your pass to let you in.

For Anytime Annual Pass holders, your guests who are receiving the discounted rate do not need to make a reservation. Admissions will handle your guest rate.

Yes, please bring your digital Annual Pass with you on the day of your visit.

Yes! You can upgrade from your single-day ticket on the same day of that visit before you leave the attraction.

We do not allow outside food or beverages. However, our Annual Pass members can enjoy a 20% discount at our Café.
